ALL ideas are welcome, but we encourage applicants to assume a renovation budget of $200-300k for each home. These should be modest, tasteful homes which blend into the existing fabric of this prime Red Hook block with some innovation, while staying within the structural footprint on the attached site plan and elevation. The Cottages must be single family homes with 3br/2.5 baths. All files must be submitted in pdf format and to requested scale.
